
Free shuttle buses return as schools resume in Ondo
As part of the measures to cushion the effect of the subsidy removal on petroleum products, Ondo State’s free transportation system for students has returned to the roads.
As students resumed the new term today, the shuttle buses were seen stationed at strategic bus stops to convey the students to their schools.
A new session starts across the state today for primary and secondary schools. Students in public and primary schools resume in high spirits after they have been on holiday since July 2023.
Recall that the state government had announced various programmes for residents of the state as measures to cushion the effects of the removal of subsidy on petrol by the federal government
