Bomb explosion kills one, injures four in Niger community

A bomb explosion in the Bassa community, Shiroro Local Government Area of Niger State, has resulted into the death of one person and injuring four others.

According to eyewitnesses, the incident occurred on Thursday morning as the victims were on their way to their farms.

Ahmed Al-Mustapha, a resident of the community, disclosed that three of the victims lost their legs in the blast and are currently receiving treatment at the IBB Specialist Hospital.

Al-Mustapha, who is related to three of the victims, stated that this is the second bomb explosion to occur in Bassa this month.
