Nurse who treated Mohbad before death has been arrested – Iyabo Ojo
A famous Nollywood actress, Iyabo Ojo, has revealed that the nurse who treated late Nigerian rapper Ilerioluwa Oladimeji Aloba, professionally known as Mohbad before his passing was arrested.
She made this known via a video shared on her Instagram page on Wednesday while addressing fans about her visit to the Lagos State Commissioner of Police and the progress of the police investigation into Mohbad’s death.
She added that the police have made other arrests.
Ojo said, “The police have made some arrests [in connection with Mohbad’s death]. The nurse has been arrested. That I know. That’s the only information I can give you right now.
“They have arrested some people. They are asking some people to turn themselves in.”
News Nexus reports that Mohbad died on September 12, 2023. Following his death, many videos have surfaced to suggest that there are many circumstances surrounding his death
His father, James Aloba, said in an interview that he suspects the auxiliary nurse who injected Mohbad before he died, stressing that the injection might have complicated his son’s health.
The Lagos State Commissioner of Police has also inaugurated a 13-member special investigation team to probe the death of the rising young star.
