ONDO NIPR sends New Year wishes to Gov Aiyedatiwa

The Nigerian Institute of Public Relations (NIPR), Ondo State Chapter, has extended warm congratulations to His Excellency Governor Orimisan Lucky Ayedatiwa on his recent inauguration as the Governor of Ondo State.

In a statement signed by the Chairman, Funmilayo Ikueduranni, and Secretary, Sunday Omosule, the NIPR commended Governor Ayedatiwa’s assumption of office, describing the trajectory that led to his emergence as both divine and dramatic. The Institute acknowledged the prevailing will of God amidst various permutations and expressed its best wishes for a prosperous new year.

The NIPR emphasized the importance of Governor Ayedatiwa’s commitment, as outlined in his inauguration address, to prioritize the interests and welfare of the people. The Institute urged the Governor to translate this commitment into concrete actions, particularly by enhancing and sustaining the security of lives and properties across the state.

Highlighting the ongoing infrastructural development initiated by the late Governor Akeredolu, the NIPR called for the sustained continuation of these projects across all 18 local government areas of the state. Also, the Institute recommended prioritizing the agricultural sector for job creation, with an emphasis on engaging professionals in various fields.

The professional body charged Governor Ayedatiwa to build on the legacies of his predecessor and deliver landmark achievements that address the basic needs of law-abiding citizens. The statement further extended heartfelt congratulations to Governor Ayedatiwa for achieving this significant feat and wished him a prosperous and glorious year, 2024.
